Clear terms for running your moving business with Packer India Builty.
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between the account owner and BAJRANG, a sole proprietor trading as CYBERTIZE GROWTH, for use of the Packer India Builty website, Android application and connected services.
1. The service
Packer India Builty is business-management software for packers and movers. It provides tools for customer records, surveys, quotations, bookings, LR/bilty, invoices, receipts, staff, tracking, reports and related documents. Cybertize Growth provides the software platform; it is not the packer, mover, carrier, warehouse operator or insurer engaged by an account holder’s customer.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business. You must provide accurate account, GST, business and contact information and keep it current.
3. Account security
Access is verified through a registered mobile number and one-time password. You are responsible for protecting your phone, OTPs and active sessions, and for activity performed through your account. Do not share OTPs or permit unauthorised users to access the workspace. Notify us promptly if you suspect misuse.
4. Business and customer data
You retain responsibility for the information you enter and the documents you create. You confirm that you have a lawful reason and any required permission to process customer, staff and business data through the service. You must check quotations, invoices, LR/bilty, tax information, declarations, insurance terms and other generated documents before issuing or relying on them. The service does not provide legal, tax, insurance or transport advice.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or infringing activity; upload malicious code; attempt to bypass security or subscription controls; access another organisation’s data; interfere with the service; resell access without written permission; or create documents that misrepresent a transaction. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or investigate misuse.
6. Plans, trial and feature access
Available plans are currently ₹199 for one month, ₹799 for six months and ₹1,199 for twelve months, unless a different price or tax treatment is displayed before purchase. During a promotional trial, users may create, edit and preview documents, while PDF download, sharing and workspace export remain unavailable until a successful plan payment. Plan features, duration and total payable amount are shown before payment.
7. Payments
Plans purchased through the alternative payment system are one-time payments for the displayed duration and do not renew automatically. The secure checkout may offer installed UPI apps, cards, net banking and wallets depending on device and provider availability. The Play-distributed Android app also follows Google Play’s required billing-choice and transaction-reporting rules. We store plan status and transaction references needed to activate access, but do not store raw card numbers, CVV, banking passwords or UPI PINs.
8. Plan expiry, failed payments and refunds
A one-time paid plan remains active until its displayed end date. It expires without a future automatic charge, and the user can buy another plan to continue protected features. Failed, reversed or expired payments do not activate paid access. Charges for a period that has already started are not automatically refundable, except for duplicate charges, verified technical errors, unauthorised transactions or where applicable law requires a refund. Contact support promptly with the payment reference for review.
9. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the service secure and available, but internet, mobile-network, payment-provider, OTP-provider, hosting and maintenance interruptions can occur. We may improve, replace or discontinue features, and will provide reasonable notice where a material change adversely affects an active paid plan. Users should retain copies of important issued documents and verify time-sensitive information.
10. Intellectual property
Packer India Builty, its software, branding, layouts and platform materials belong to Cybertize Growth or its licensors. Subject to these terms and an active entitlement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business operations. You retain ownership of lawful business content you upload or create.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion separately. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity or non-payment. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Termination does not remove obligations or records that must survive for payment, dispute, tax, security or legal reasons.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Cybertize Growth is not responsible for a user’s moving services, goods in transit, customer disputes, tax treatment, inaccurate user-entered information, third-party outages or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information is processed, why it is used, service providers, retention, security and user rights. It forms part of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve concerns through the support and grievance process. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory law, courts with jurisdiction in Churu, Rajasthan will have jurisdiction over disputes.

16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. The effective date will be changed when an update is published. Material changes will be communicated through the service or registered contact details where reasonably required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.
