BAJRANG, a sole proprietor trading as CYBERTIZE GROWTH, operates Packer India Builty for packers and movers in India. This policy explains what the website and Android app collect, why information is used, when it is shared, how long it is retained and how users can exercise their rights.

Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to account owners, authorised staff, website visitors and people who submit information through a Packer India Builty survey, tracking or support page. Business account holders also enter information about their own customers and staff. Those account holders are responsible for giving appropriate notices and obtaining any permission required before entering another person’s data.

Information we collect

Depending on the features used, we process the account owner’s mobile number and profile details; business, branch, GST and contact details; staff names, roles and phone numbers; customer names, contact details, pickup and delivery addresses; surveys and item lists; quotations, bookings, LR/bilty, invoices, receipts and other documents; signatures or approval evidence entered by a user; payment status and transaction references; optional job and vehicle tracking updates; subscription status; consent choices; IP address, device/browser information; and security, diagnostic and performance logs.

Why we use it

We use information to verify sign-in; provide requested software features; create and share moving documents; manage customers and jobs; coordinate staff; provide customer tracking; record payments; administer trials and subscriptions; respond to support and privacy requests; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain security and reliability; measure optional app analytics; enforce our terms; and comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations. We process only information reasonably necessary for these purposes. Promotional communication is sent only where separately permitted.

Consent and user controls

Providing information required for account access and requested business features is necessary to supply the service. Optional Meta app analytics is disabled until a user allows it on that Android device and can be disabled later from Profile & Business Details. Survey submitters must actively confirm consent before sending their details. Where processing is based on consent, users may withdraw it through the relevant app control or by contacting us; withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Payments and sensitive information

In the Play-distributed Android app, Google Play manages any required billing-choice step and transaction-reporting token. The approved alternative payment provider may process installed-UPI-app, card, net-banking and wallet payments. Packer India Builty retains the selected plan, status and transaction references needed to provide access, reconcile payments, report required alternative transactions to Google and handle disputes, but does not collect or store raw card numbers, CVV, banking passwords or UPI PINs. Google’s short-lived external transaction token is encrypted at rest and removed after the transaction is reported.

Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by providers that support the service, including MSG91 for OTP verification, Razorpay for subscription payments, Google Play for app distribution, billing choice and transaction reporting, and cloud infrastructure providers used to host and secure the service. With a user’s optional device-level permission, Meta App Events may receive app install, launch, sign-in and allow-listed feature-use events together with a device or advertising identifier so Cybertize Growth can measure advertising performance. Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, OTPs, document contents and payment credentials are not included in Meta events. Data may also be shared when a user deliberately exports or shares a PDF, public link or WhatsApp message, when required by law, or to protect users and the service. Providers may process information in India or other locations where they operate, subject to contractual, security and applicable legal safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Essential website storage

The website uses essential first-party cookies or equivalent storage to maintain authenticated sessions, security and device preferences. The Android app may keep encrypted, account-partitioned form drafts and navigation recovery state on the device, but authenticated workspace API responses are not stored in the shared browser cache. Signing out or clearing app data removes applicable device-local session information. We do not currently use website cookies for third-party behavioural advertising.

Storage, retention and deletion

Workspace data is normally retained while the account remains active. OTP values are not stored by Packer India Builty after verification; limited authentication and security logs may be retained for up to 180 days unless needed for an active investigation. After a verified deletion request, we aim to remove or anonymise data that is no longer required within 30 days, while encrypted backup copies may take up to 90 days to cycle out. Tax invoices, GST and accounting records, payment evidence, fraud-prevention records and unresolved dispute material may be retained in restricted form for the period required by Indian law or until the matter is resolved. Public sharing links may be disabled before the underlying legally retained record is deleted.

Security

We use encrypted network transport, signed and expiring sessions, phone OTP verification, organisation-level data isolation, access controls, restricted secrets, monitoring and operational backups. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their phone and immediately report suspected misuse. If a personal-data incident is likely to affect users, we will investigate, contain it and provide notices required by applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Users may request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of applicable personal data through the Privacy Centre in the app or the account-deletion page. Users may also withdraw optional analytics consent and nominate or authorise a representative where applicable law permits. We may verify identity and account authority before acting. Uninstalling the app does not delete cloud data. One-time plans expire on their displayed end date and do not renew automatically.

Children

Packer India Builty is a business service intended for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and account holders must not knowingly enter a child’s personal data unless they have lawful authority and the processing is necessary for a legitimate moving-service record.
